first_imgSnarky Puppy has released the final video for Family Dinner Vol. 2, featuring KNOWER & Jeff Coffin. The track, entitled “I Remember,” is yet another hugely diverse sound coming from the two-time Grammy-winners. The entire album, which features different guest musicians on each individual track, puts Snarky Puppy in the spotlight for their original, atypical approach to modern day record-making. Even David Crosby made his way to the sessions, to record the soulful “Somebody’s Home.” Watch that here. This final track brings a spunky, jazz-infused, retro-funk vibe to the eclectic sound that is Snarky Puppy, welcoming the stunning sounds of KNOWER and some great solo work from Dave Matthews Band/Flecktones saxophonist Jeff Coffin. The song was originally created by KNOWER, an electronic music duo who continue to impress with bold creations. While each song makes a different statement on the album, this is definitely one of the more high energy numbers on the album.
