The post will be educating citizens on how to report, and identify a stalker.In the state of Michigan stalking is considered a crime of repeated or continuing harassment. According to the Bureau of Justice 7.5 million people over the age of 18 are stalked during a 1-year period.At least 3 out of 4 victims know their stalker. Most victims are afraid to tell someone.
